Black Sunday
This weekend should be noted on all calendars as Black Friday, because we all had front row media seats and an equal opportunity to witness the power of a single party system, the Obama oligarchy now coupled to political history. Oligarchy is a form of government by the self appointed elite for the elite (my crass definition).
Our nation’s founders, immigrants one and all, set up our radical legal system underpinned with familiar Judeo-Christian principles of the day, written in the common language used by our founders-the Kings English. Beginning with our Declaration of Independence and followed by the world changing Constitution of the United States they crafted our legal system carefully.
This weekend, I watched in horror as progressive democrats fecklessly and contemptuously dismantled our constitutional rights in full view of the American citizenry with openly displayed disregard to the will of the majority; Nancy Pelosi and her cronies gaily prancing through the capitol in a chorus line, mocking the assembled protestors. Was Pelosi singing a ditty, “. . . let masses eat cake” by any chance?
Americans voted for change and have gotten what they desired; anyone but Bush. They chose to elect a man whose background and qualifications were superficially vetted by a complacent progressive news media, complicit in promoting the not so hidden agenda of Obama.
This man Obama is a bigoted liar, bereft of ethics, amoral in every sense of the word and a treacherous politician. He is a cowardly and clever in his political dealings, never leaving his fingerprints attached to his handiwork when he can lay his accountability at the feet of his lackey’s, which group now encompasses the entire progressive democratic party of America headed by Pelosi and Reid.
Obama campaigned for office, using carefully scripted telepromted speeches, railing (among other issues) about our world image and the supposedly shameful interrogation techniques used against our enemies captured on the field of battle. Techniques that involved water boarding, dogs, isolation, sleep deprivation, never ending interrogations, badgering, psychological pressure, threats and humiliation to name a few. Except perhaps for the water boarding and growling dogs( excluding Pelosi, Reid and a few others), these techniques are the very same political abuses perpetrated at the hand(s) of that very same Obama oligarchy against members of our elected representatives in full view of the American public. Where is the outrage?
I am not shocked and nor should anyone else be surprised by our presidents gall; Obama was very clear in his language and actions concerning the outcome of his Presidency. He would be our socialist messiah and mold America into his version of a socialist paradise. Chavez, Castro, Putin, Bin Laden, Kim Jong Il and other despots are likely penning congratulatory tomes to honor his efforts to conquer and destroy America.
Are we to stand by in silence?
Yes, if you like the IRS operating like the German Gestapo or the Russian KGB in support of the government running every aspect of your life, protecting you from any of life’s boo boo’s . That is in fact, another insidious form of slavery, whose roots were finally pulled out by civil war in 1864 at the cost of nearly 700,000 lives.
No, if you want to run your own life and business without nanny state supervision, free to fail or succeed and reap the bounty of either, while making your own decisions in pursuit of things meaningful to you as our founding father intended.
Join the revolution, ink up your fingers. . . and vote the Obama Oligarchy out of office.

Another American Revolution
Viva la revolution America ~ ink up your voting fingers and loose the power of your vote!
Without apology or explanation, politically I am firmly ensconced as a constitutional conservative. I am neither a republican, democrat, progressive, liberal, conservative, nor rabid in my belief system, although I must confess to a strong affinity with the Tea Party and its ideals. That does not imply that I am blind to the needs of others, nor would I think for a single moment that those who voted for Obama acted foolishly. However, it does sadden me that he’s left many of you somewhat disillusioned, having duped you with his pontificating political posturing and his incredible teleprompted speaking ability.
“Our rights are God given, our privileges are granted for a fee.” The economy functions best in a free market arena, not in a nanny governed collective. Government should only determine whether or not our constitutional and governing laws are being obeyed by everyone, including business entities. They should not be, nor were ever intended to run our public or privately owned businesses; their job is to observe and regulate the way laws are interpreted and enforced so that it is equitable. But that isn’t so anymore, ask Obama; for example, he believes that the constitution is a living document and should be interpreted in a flexible manner to meet ever changing needs as determined by a select group of politicians. He’s wrong.
Did you know that the stricter laws enacted by like thinking politicians using punitive judgments against the giants of industry have darn near sounded the death knell of small to medium businesses because those punitive actions were applied across the board to every business; high taxes, unreasonably high workman compensation costs and liability insurance rates along with bond costs have crippled many small to medium sized businesses.
There aren’t any tort limits or compensation for frivolous lawsuits or fraudulent workman comp claims against small businesses. It is nearly a national pass time to sue any and everybody that the public thinks is affluent by any standards. Small businesses often eat false claims simply because they can’t afford the legal costs to fight back.
Has Obama ever run a successful small or medium business plagued with those kinds of problems? No. But he has been part of the political system funded by tax payers, where he makes costly back room deals and plays poker with those same taxpayer funds; should their ideas flop, he walked away without sharing in the fruits of that failure.
Has Obama ever attended college without the benefit of grants or scholarships while supporting a family and running a small business? Has he ever had to worry about keeping a business alive so that he can provide a service, earn a profit to keep employees working or his business and personal bills paid? Has he ever had to give up possessions to keep his business dream afloat, has he ever put everything on the line for his family, business and employees only to lose? I doubt it, in one form or another he’s always taken sustenance from a public teat or trough.
Get the governmental nose out of private and public business, and stick to the jobs they were elected to perform.
Obama isn’t our messiah, neither are politicians; they are meant to be servants of , “We the People.”
My faith is not in government and politicians; my faith lay with average Americans that form the backbone of this country. It is my belief that they will speak out with their votes. No matter the outcome, where I distrust politics, politicians and lawyers with their hands in everyone else’s financial pockets; the average American will have their say to the peril of those that treat them with disdain. My fellow citizens, “. . . ink up your voting fingers and loose the power of your vote!”
Viva la voter revolution!

America’s Obituary
The essential principles of our Government form “the bright constellation which has gone before us and guided our steps.” – Thomas Jefferson . . . and then his spirit departed the building, Christmas 2009.
A friend emailed the bulk of this message to me today; I added the header image, exchanged the word America for Obituary and added ‘by presidential fiat’ along with the Jefferson quote and my comment. Although I dislike the socialist agenda promoted by the Obama administration, I believe that in his heart he believes himself to be acting in the best interest of America. But I also believe him to be naive and misguided.
After reading the email, I looked up the good Professor Olson via the internet and discovered that yes, he does exist. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that he authored the following information, or illustrate its intended purpose; perhaps it was nothing more than to get students thinking. Regardless, it is interesting.
It does not hurt to read this several times.
Professor Joseph Olson of Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota,
points out some interesting facts concerning last November’s Presidential election:
- Number of States won by: Obama: 19 McCain: 29
- Square miles of land won by: Obama: 580,000 McCain: 2,427,000
- Population of counties won by: Obama: 127 milloin McCain: 143 million
- Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by: Obama: 13.2 McCain: 2.1
Professor Olson adds: “In aggregate, the map of the territory McCain won was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of the country.
Obama territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in low income tenements and living off various forms of government welfare…”
Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the “complacency and apathy” phase of Professor Tyler’s definition of democracy, with some forty percent of the nation’s population already having reached the “governmental dependency” phase.
What follows appears to have been added by someone with an agenda. We may all have our favorite issues and the matter of immigration is a sensitive point with me; if I had to do things all over again, such as go through the immigration processes legally, I would opt to sneak my wife in through Mexico. Why? It’s cheaper, faster and carries with it more benefits. It’s an abominable government agency whose mismanagement is of epic proportions.
America can not continue to be the world’s police force or welfare office, even if it fits into a socialists’ agenda and his world view of Utopia. Nor can we afford to make retribution to minority groups 150 years after the fact. Where does that silliness end? In my family tree there are native branches, asian branches, african branches, hispanic branches and european branches; were we to make retribution payments for past egregious actions the funds would wind up on a never ending recirculating cycle.
Further, with regards to slavery in this country; what are we to do historically with black slave owners, native slave owners or hispanic slave owners? Groups that are all crying foul because they were mistreated at some point. And what about those euro-mutt abusers, some that came to the america’s as indentured servants? And what about our children’s future that is being burdened with our collective debts so that WE can ‘get ours’ now?
Can they obtain retroactive retribution from the estates of Obama, Pelosi, Reid and the other progressives that have auctioned off their future? No, those slave seller have pretty effectively exempted and insulation themselves from suits resulting from their malfeasance.
Does anyone out there grasp the concept that socialism inspires and propagates a welfare mentally and very real dependency? Being a ward of the state is a form of slavery or indentured servitude to a master, our government. When we are collectively dependent upon them for all of our basic needs, they do have the power of life and death over all of us; further to fund this Utopian vision, they’re selling our debt to our enemies. Smart eh??? Not really, when another entity controls the debt owed by a person, group, city, state or national government~they essentially own them. In this case, them is US.
If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty million criminal invaders called illegals and they vote, then we can say goodbye to the USA in fewer than five years.
Why, you ask? I suggest that you back up and reread the start of this post, you have missed the point. America as a nation was founded on biblical principles (like it or not), that brought with it great anecdotal wisdom and stabilizing rules of life to guide our actions for the benefit of ourselves and society at large.
For you modern atheists, there doesn’t appear to be a codex that imparts your collective wisdom down from the ages, so live with it; those atheists that contributed in the drafting the Constitution allowed for the wisdom contained within the pages of the bible in its many forms.
Back to my point, the anecdotal wisdom included the value of self reliance, independence, not being slothful, greedy, lazy or dependent upon anyone other than our creator. So, were we to willfully ignore that wisdom and become dependent upon the government to ‘get ours’, why should we open our doors and allow 20 million more slices of that pie to be doled out. Logic suggests that our slice would be ‘smaller.’
And here’s a warning shot ~ we are nearly at a tipping point in our crazed welfare plan; that point where there are more folks taking than there are those that are giving. The rich are about played out financially or are smart enough to leave the country to a more friendly environment. So, where would that leave our welfare gravy train and those of us foolish enough to ride on it? We would be indentured servants to whomever owns our country’s debt; which right now is the Chinese for the most part. Can you say, re-education camps? That’s where you learn to toil and serve your new master 18hours a day until they get tired, you die or you come to your senses and escape.
So, I say no to socialism, no to a welfare state, no to America being the world’s policeman, no to being the worlds welfare office, no to open borders; but yes to reasonable immigration laws, yes to flat taxes, yes to term limits, hell yes to being self sufficient as a country and hell yes to American founding principles.
If you are in favor of this, then by all means, delete this message.
They are railing against unfettered immigration, whereas I am referring to the selling out of America by our current crop of politicians and sold as bond servants for a debt we didn’t get to vote on. Can you say, 12.3 trillion as of 1:36pm Alaska time. Divide 12.3 trillion by our population and work out for yourselves the share of debt each individual American owns. It’s staggering when you consider that most of us could not walk in to a bank and qualify for a cash loan of that amount; so why are we letting our government do it to us? (visit this site for an eye opener ~ http://www.usdebtclock.org)
If you are not, then pass this along to help everyone realize just how much is at stake, knowing that apathy is the greatest danger to our freedom.
Do what you like with this information, but don’t blame me for your inaction and the results that will befall us all, just don’t expect me to roll over and purr.
